EVALUATION

Residents are evaluated daily by ENT Anesthesiology faculty and at the end of the one month rotation by the resident evaluation committee. The resident will receive a monthly summative evaluation via the online MyUTMB program. The resident is expected to complete a monthly rotation and duty hour evaluagtion and daily faculty evaluations as well. Faculty evaluations are stored in the MyUTMB system and a summative report that preserves evaluator anonymity is sent to faculty semiannually.
