- At least 10 Well-Being Modules must be presented and discussed with all Resident and Fellows and these modules are located in SharePoint
- Module 01: Financial Wellbeing is a required module**. Physician Resource Services is approved to be utilized for any financial topics. Please reach out to Alex Simmons at alex@physiciansrs.com to schedule. Alternative

- Reports for Well-Being Modules are generated at the beginning of each month for the prior month, i.e. March report will be generated the first week of April. The months of June and July do not have a required module for review because the requirement
is filled by GME Orientation activities.
- The Program Director is responsible for the review and discussion of at least one module per month with their Residents and Fellows.
- Resident and Fellow participation must be documented and sent to GME Office (primarti@utmb.edu).
- The GME Office tracks program participation and generates reports for GMEC Well-Being Subcommittee.
If an email is not sent to the GME Office (primarti@utmb.edu) with the module and date completed, the report will read 0% completion for the corresponding program. - Alternative Well-Being Activities may be sent to Pricilla Martinez primarti@utmb.edu (GME Office) for Dr. Blackwell’s review and approval.
