Student News & Notes is a newsletter sent out to all students every Thursday morning. Our newsletter contains upcoming event notifications and announcements pertaining to Student Life, student organizations, and UTMB departments and schools.

Submit an Announcement

A few notes before you submit an announcement:

  • Announcements are due by Wednesday at 12:00 PM in order to be included in Thursday's newsletter
  • You must log in with your UTMB credentials in order to submit an announcement
  • Please limit announcements to 2-4 sentences
  • We will only run announcements for a maximum of one month
  • Student organization announcements must be submitted by an authorized officer
