UTMB Pepper Center Offers Research Support

UTMB researchers have the opportunity to request core support services from our Pepper Center by visiting our website at www.utmb.edu/pepper.

Services include support for researchers whose research is in line with the Center’s mission: To improve physical function and independence in older adults.

The Metabolism & Biology Core, led by Blake Rasmussen, PhD, offers a host of services like a Biorepository, Mass Spectrometry, Cell Signaling and culture, Metabolic Phenotyping, Transgenic Mouse Models, Study Design, and more.

The Biostatistics and Data Management Core, led by Yong-Fang Kuo, PhD offers Study Design, Data Management, and Statistical Analyses.

The Clinical Research Core offers Study Design, led by Elena Volpi, MD, PhD offers Regulatory Support, Subject Recruitment/Retention, and Standardized Testing including a host of services. Learn more about Core Research Support Services at www.utmb.edu/pepper.
