The Mexican Health and Aging Study (MHAS) is a nationally representative longitudinal survey focused on the health and well-being of middle-aged and older adults in Mexico. Partly supported by the National Institute on Aging of the National Institutes
of Health (R01AG018016) in the United States and the Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) in Mexico, the study aims to provide valuable insights into Mexico’s unique health dynamics within a socioeconomic framework.
