Zachary House

Zachary House joined the Provost’s Office in July 2023. Zachary serves as the Associate Director of Capital Planning and Space Management. In the role, he provides coordination and oversight for the Academic Enterprise’s facility-related initiatives such as asset management, capital investment, and master planning. He believes in process improvement through partnership and defines success as elevating others. 

Zachary joined UTMB as a Health System Project Manager in February 2021. In that role, he led a team that supported operations and projects related to the Environment of Care and Space Strategy for UTMB’s ambulatory clinics. Prior to UTMB, he led ERP implementations and other IT-related projects in the automotive industry. He received his Bachelor of Science in management and Master of Healthcare Administration/Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. 

Zachary was born in Galveston County and finds great purpose in supporting the community in which he was raised. In his time off, you’ll find Zachary and his wife biking, camping, rock climbing or hosting board game nights for their family and friends.
