Vivian Ward

Vivian Ward joined the Provost’s Office in August 2022. Vivian is an Administrative Specialist who supports the AESC Human Resources Service Center by completing requests for the AESC departments. Vivian believes that using skills and knowledge can help you grow as a person and as an employee to better yourself, move up and achieve more.  

Before joining the Provost’s Office in 2022, Vivian worked as a Business Coordinator for the Divisions of Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Allergy at UTMB for one year, as well as working for MD Anderson Cancer Center for two years.  

Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Purdue Global University and will be working toward her master’s degree in human resources to gain knowledge in the field to further her career.  

When she is not working, Vivian enjoys spending time with her two children and family, going out to various restaurants, going to church and just relaxing at home.
