Surya Garimella is a highly experienced professional at UTMB with over 12 years of experience in developing cutting-edge web applications in various technologies. Starting as a Software Systems Specialist III, he swiftly progressed to the role of Software Systems Specialist IV, and currently holds the position of Software Systems Program Manager. With his deep expertise across various technologies, Surya ensures the seamless integration of web solutions and drives operational efficiency at UTMB. 

With a master's degree in electrical engineering from Lamar University, Surya brings a strong educational background to his role. His technical knowledge and problem-solving skills have enabled him to successfully manage complex software projects throughout his career. Alongside his professional achievements, Surya finds balance and fulfillment in tennis, channeling his competitive spirit and embracing the challenges it offers.
