After working several temporary assignments with UTMB, Josephine Hancock was offered a full‐time position in the Provost/Dean’s Office in February 2008 as a Coordinator II. She then transferred into a Business Coordinator role in June 2008 and was promoted to Senior Business Coordinator in 2018.

In her current role, she processes the Office of Clinical Education’s without salary appointments, collects annual CVs, updates/maintains faculty records (ImageNow and SharePoint), and initiates and loads new hires, along with other duties.

Josephine was born and raised in Louisiana. She is married with two daughters, four sisters and two brothers. She currently lives in Texas City. She is very family oriented, and she and her family love to travel together.
