Jennifer Taylor is an accomplished analyst with over 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of global processes in IT.  She specializes in meeting Service Level Agreements with a focus on customer satisfaction and is extremely adept at metric collection and presentation.  Highly skilled in root cause analysis, she is passionate about continual process improvement. 

 Originally from Delaware, she is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology.  Working as an IT Help Desk Manager for many years, she came to UTMB in 2014 as an IS Access Management Provisioning Analyst in Information Services.  Jennifer joined the Provost’s Office in 2020 as a Senior Administrative Specialist on the AE Service Center Procurement Team.  She is now the AE Service Center Procurement Team Lead.  She conducts weekly Power Procurement Training for AE departmental end users.  In addition to being a resource to help customers and team members resolve issues, she is focused on implementing process changes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Jennifer lives in Friendswood with her husband and youngest of their three daughters, while her oldest two daughters are away attending college.  Since 2020 she has been focusing on turning her perpetually black thumb into a green one and takes pride in both her pollinator and vegetable gardens.
