Elaine Bullard

Elaine Bullard joined the Academic Enterprise Service Center in June 2021 as an Administrative Specialist.  Her earlier career began at Marathon Petroleum Company where she spent 15 years mostly in Human Resources, starting in Detroit and continuing in Houston.  She later transitioned to working in the offices of the private school sector.    

Her career at UTMB began as an Administrative Coordinator at the School of Nursing in January 2017.  She later worked at UTMB as a contract employee in Accounts Payable and in the Purchasing Department.   

She is married to Eddie, and together they have been blessed with six children and precious grandchildren whom they love spending time with.  Her husband is a minister of the Word of God and together they teach and council others in the truth of Jesus Christ, which they enjoy tremendously.  She also enjoys traveling, going to theatrical productions, movies, and concerts.
