Brianna Vuong became a member of the Academic Enterprise Service Center in March 2023. She currently serves as a Team Lead for the HR Academic Enterprise Service Center. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing daily team operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient customer service in transactional work processes. Brianna is passionate about the power of dedication and determination in achieving success, and she consistently approaches her work with a focused, goal-driven mindset. 

With three years of experience in the supply chain/logistics industry as a human resources assistant and recruiter, Brianna acquired valuable HR knowledge and developed a strong desire to continue her career in the HR field. 

Brianna holds a bachelor's degree in strategic communications from the University of Houston. Currently, she is focused on expanding her skills and expertise within the healthcare sector as a Human Resource Representative. This role aligns with her long-standing aspiration to contribute to an industry that drives meaningful advancements. Brianna’s approach to leadership is centered on continuous learning, adaptability, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships within her team. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities and collaborating with her team, Brianna enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants and dessert places. She also maintains a regular gym routine, prioritizing her physical strength and overall well-being while establishing positive habits.
