Dr. Archana Chatterjee joined Rosalind Franklin University as Dean of the Chicago Medical School and Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs in April 2020, after spending the previous seven years as Professor and Chair of the Department of Pediatrics and Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Development at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. Her distinguished career includes serving on several prestigious national boards and committees, such as the FDA’s Vaccines Advisory Committee, the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Group on Women in Medicine and Science, and the American Board of Pediatrics. Over the last two decades, Dr. Chatterjee has delivered more than 700 lectures and 175 scientific presentations at a range of international, national, and regional venues, establishing her as a leading figure in medical academia.
