A message from the president:

2024 Employee Wellbeing Survey Coming Soon

UTMB Health is committed to actively integrating and building employee wellbeing into our culture, and we need your help to better understand the needs of our workforce.

A confidential Wellbeing Survey will launch on Wednesday, March 13. I encourage all faculty and staff to participate and provide candid answers to the survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. A high response rate ensures we have a strong foundation of data on which to develop initiatives to enhance wellbeing.

UTMB is part of the Professional Wellbeing Academic Consortium (PWAC), which is dedicated to better understanding workforce satisfaction. To ensure confidentiality of your responses, this survey is offered through PWAC’s independent survey administrator, the SullivanLuallin Group (SLG).

The subject line of the March 13 email will read “From Executive Leadership: Announcing the 2024 UTMB Wellbeing Survey” and it will be sent from the email address surveys@sullivanluallingroup.com. You will see the customary security note that appears on emails from an external source, but rest assured this email is legitimate.

The invitation to participate is intentionally not coming from a UTMB email address or entity, to further ensure participants’ security and confidentiality. More information about the safeguards in place for this initiative is available in the full, online privacy statement hosted on the SLG website. The survey will close on April 19.

All individuals who complete the survey will be eligible to receive a free phone wallet with ring stand. Participants interested in receiving this gift will be asked to complete a short form at the end of the questionnaire, which is separate from survey responses.

For more information, email the MyWellbeing Department or visit their website.
