Our laboratory specializes in the research areas of Bioinformatics,
Applied Statistics, Data Science and Machine Learning. We are
particularly interested in integration of multi-omics data and
electronic medical records for health care related decision support. Our
focus includes the development of new methodologies, analysis and
interpretation of high throughput sequencing (genomics, transcriptomics,
microbiome).
