Distribution of lesions

It really matters!

Note the patterns of involvement:

• Are the lesions unilateral or bilateral?
• Are the lesions symmetric or asymmetric?
• Do the lesions have photodistribution, or distribution in the intertriginous or flexural, extensor, palmar-plantar, or hair-bearing areas?
