In order to receive the best care, assemble the information below about your child and bring it to your clinic visit.

check_markA list of questions you may want to ask your doctor.

check_markUnless prior arrangements have been made, UTMB requires payment for the cost of outpatient services not payable by insurance coverage at the time of your visit.
