  • Dr. Thaker’s research interest is in the adoption of digital pathology and application of artificial intelligence to the practice of pathology and medicine.  He has a longstanding interest in fetal, perinatal and placental pathology and in molecular genomics.  He has collaborated on numerous research projects using model organisms to study the pathology of viral infections.
