The School-Based HPV Vaccination Program is providing free or low-cost HPV and Mandatory vaccinations
for 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students (aged 9-14) with parental consent.
Voluntary/Mandatory vaccines also available:
Flu, Tdap, Meningococcal, Pneumococcal, Hepatitis A&B, Inactivated Polio, MMR, Chickenpox
***Las vacunas obligatorias / voluntarias también estarán disponibles:
Gripe, Tdap, Meningocócica, Neumocócica, Hepatitis A y B, Polio, MMR, Varicela
ALL THAT ATTEND MUST WEAR A MASK! NO EXCEPTIONS. FAMILIES MUST STAND 6 FEET
*Parents/ Students… No video recording or pictures due to HIPPA regulations
