Admissions

PREREQUISITES

Applicant must be ABOG eligible, passed USMLE/COMPLEX Steps 1, 2, and 3 and be eligible for Texas licensure. The applicant must also have completed an approved residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. A graduate of a foreign medical school must have a standard ECFMG certificate, completed postgraduate training in the United States, and have ECFMG sponsored J-1 visa http://www.ecfmg.org/.   

Applications are accepted beginning in December of each year through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS):  https://students-residents.aamc.org/training-residency-fellowship/applying-fellowships-eras/ 

Our program participates in the Match through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). All candidates to be considered for the fellowship must register with the NRMP prior to ranking. For more information on the match process, please visit http://www.nrmp.org/ 

Interviews will be conducted during the Spring months immediately preceding the fellowship match in October of each year. The fellowship coordinator will contact qualified candidates to arrange for an interview.
