Schwartz Rounds: Caring For Our Colleagues
Please join us for our next Schwartz Rounds on “Caring for the Caregiver” as we share stories about how we each uniquely experience what it means to “care” for someone who is used to doing the caring themselves. In healthcare, experiences of caregiving can be routine. However, occasionally we run into surprising or extraordinary moments when the act of caregiving goes beyond standards of care. Caregiving can be defined in many ways, and received in many more. Join us in discussion as we hear from a panel of our colleagues stories of caring, being cared for, and how these experiences impact our relationships, our own wellbeing, and our work at UTMB.
