| Specimen Preparation: |
Room temperature if analyzed within 15 minutes of collection; if longer, put specimen on ice for up to 30 minutes after collection. For specimen that cannot be delivered to Sample Management immediately after collection, centrifuge the specimen and remove plasma from cells within 15 minutes after collection. Place plasma into a labeled plastic transport tube. Place transport tube on ice or refrigerate. |
