Note: | Deliver promptly to the lab. Interfering Substances: Gross hemolysis, severe lipemia, clotted sample, cold agglutinins. Sedimentation rate is affected not only by presnce of plasma proteins, but also by any condition affecting the number, size, or shape of red blood cells.
