The Faculty Leadership Collaborative Early-Career Bootcamp Jan. 14 to 16, 2025 - 2 to 5 p.m. each day Via Zoom
This three-day bootcamp provides participants with overviews of key leadership competency areas, developed and delivered by faculty members in academic health for early-career faculty members (less than 5 years at the rank of instructor or assistant professor) in academic health.
Participants will learn about leadership principles as they apply to self, in relation with others, and in complex organizations.
