Ashley Simon is so excited to start her career as a Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She was born and raised here in Galveston and majored in biochemistry and psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. Ashley graduated from UTMB PA school in August 2023 and lives on the west end of the island with her husband and 2 dogs.
