Dr. Lee and Dr. Raji collaborated with Ven Dr. Miaolung of IBPS Dallas to create the new app “utmbHealthyBrain” that was just added to UTMB library’s page about useful apps. https://guides.utmb.edu/apps . The free app provides an important function – mindfulness – because it combines both Eastern and Western cultures. Such an app with wisdom may delay the progress of aging by its three activities: (1) fingertip writing, (2) Tai-Chi and meditation, and (3) prayer reading.
