  • Dr Ewa Tomczak received her medical education in Poland at Poznan University of Medical Sciences.  After graduating she worked at Infectious Diseases department at J. Strus hospital in Poznan, Poland, where she focused her care on patients with acute and chronic viral hepatitis, as well as HIV/AIDS. After relocating to the United States in 2016, she completed her Internal Medicine residency in Bronx, New York, where she was chosen to perform duties of Chief Medical Resident in her final year. Subsequently, she undertook an Infectious Diseases Fellowship at UTMB in Galveston, Texas. In 2024 she joined UTMB as Assistant Professor. Dr Tomczak now oversees clinical services at League City and Clear Lake campuses.
