We offer our trainees multiple options to customize their fellowship experience in order to best achieve their career goals. Currently we have a Clinical Track, Public Health/Global Health Track, and Clinical/Translational Research Track. Each pathway
is offered for at least two full years. Especially motivated trainees can consider additional training beyond the minimum two years. All necessary clinical rotations are completed in the first 24 months of fellowship so that fellows are eligible to
sit for the ABIM Infectious Diseases Subspecialty Certification Exam. Interested candidates seeking three or more years of training ( Advanced Training ) may apply for our NIH T32 Training Program in Emerging Infectious Diseases or optional advanced programs in Global ID, Antimicrobial Stewardship, or Public Health/Global Health.
