UTMB’s Blackstone Network and CTSA Studio has partnered with Vision Galveston to host the first Incubate Galveston: A Collective's Innovation Hackathon on Friday, October 15 – Sunday October 17.
In order to make this event a success we are in need of mentors to assist in providing expertise to the 5 teams with various skillsets. The agenda and link to register is below.
Being a mentor at the Hackathon means that you commit to supporting teams and individuals in person at The Cannon - Galveston (2121 Market St, Galveston, TX 77550) or virtually during the duration of the Hackathon.
Friday October 15th
11:00 am | Kick Off and Problem Set Presentations for all Attendees and Mentors
11:30 am - 3:00pm | Networking Lunch and Pitch Tips and Tricks Presentation
3:00 pm | Teams are formed so let the hacking begin!
Saturday October 16th
9:30 am - 5:00 pm | Explore Galveston at one of our satellite Hacking spots or virtually with the teams you have connected with or been introduced to.
*If you are virtual the teams will reach out via email/phone to set up a time to meet with you*
*If you are in person please coordinate with the teams you have met or been introduced to and the team will notify you of their hacking location*
Sunday October 17th
12:30 - 2:00pm | Final Pitch Presentation @ The Cannon - Galveston
2:30 - 4:30pm | Winners Announced and Community Networking
