Olympic speed skating gold-medalist Casey FitzRandolph came to UTMB to share his inspiring story in celebration of Health System Week. The six-time US National Sprint champion established new Olympic records in the 500m speed skating race at the 1998 and the 2002 Olympic Games. FitzRandolph spent time visiting with patients and their families in pediatrics and the ACE Unit and delivered a motivational message of dedication, perseverance and faith to employees in Levin Hall.
