Health System leadership recently gave rave reviews to Nursing Program Manager Melissa Gonzalez for her tremendous work on this year's National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators survey. At an annual skills fair in October, Melissa set up stations with a bank of computers that allowed nurses to fill out the NDNQI surveys on the spot, which increased response rates.
"Melissa looked at incentivization different this year and looked at the survey very differently this year," Angelton Danbury Campus CEO Beth Reinschissel said. "She's doing a very excellent job."
