'Always a hit!'

Cookies & Cream Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 ¼ cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 16 Oreo cookies (coarsely crushed)
  • 14.2-ounce package of Oreo Cookies & Cream dry pudding mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the pudding mix and mix until combined. Then add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
  5. Mix in the chocolate chips and Oreo chunks.
  6. Using a two-tablespoon-size cookie scoop, scoop dough onto the paper, leaving two inches between each cookie.
  7. Bake 9-10 minutes. Cookies will be set and barely golden brown on edges.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to continue cooling.

Store in airtight container for up to 4-5 days. Makes 44 cookies
