Call for Mentees and Mentors

The Office of Faculty Affairs is excited to announce the call for mentees and mentors to join the Advancing Research through Mentorship (ARM) Program. This initiative supports early-career researchers in securing independent funding and establishing a sustainable research program through personalized mentorship, training, and resources.

Mentees will be enrolled for 5 years, gaining knowledge in essential research competencies, including grant writing, publishing, project management, collaboration, and communication. Upon graduation, mentees will transition into junior mentor roles.
