Although there is growing social acceptance of LGBTQ individuals, this population still faces health disparities due to stigma and discrimination. In the clinical context, LGBTQ individuals may experience subpar care and worse health outcomes.
The goal of this talk is to discuss issues affecting LGBTQ groups to identify strategies for providing inclusive, high-quality healthcare for all.
