Steering Committee for Community Engagement and Education

The Steering Committee for Community Engagement and Education consists of UTMB faculty leaders, student leaders, and community advisors. Collaboration between UTMB and the community for the mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and resources grounded in partnership, reciprocity, mutual respect, shared authority and co-creation of goals and outcomes. The aim of the steering committee is to provide strategic guidance and oversight of the department and Community Engagement Project Committees, and evaluate overall institute programs.
