University Events provides management and strategic planning in the coordination, administration, operations and execution of university events and conferences that reach thousands of individuals including perspective students, alumni, donors, legislators, staff and friends in an efficient and collaborative manner. We provide scheduling of room reservations for UTMB Special Use Facilities, full-service premier on and off site catering, and all-inclusive event planning and protocol expertise.
