Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active. This program is made available for people 65 years of age and older with arthritis. Meet with your Certified WWE Leader for 45 min thrice weekly for 6 weeks in person or receive the book and work at your own pace, checking in with your leader periodically.
