Geri-Fit®

Geri-Fit®  is a strength bodybuilding program. Most exercises are seated. All exercises are safe for all levels of fitness. This program is made available for people 65 years of age and older. Meet with your Certified Geri-Fit® Instructor for 45 minutes twice weekly for 12 weeks in person, or live online.
