Records Storage

All University departments are encouraged to send inactive or infrequently used university records to offsite records storage. When departments store their records, the life cycle of the records are managed for them. When the retention has been met, the records team will prepare a Disposition Log and request permission from the department to destroy the records. If no holds exist, the records team will coordinate the records to be securely shredded for the department.
