Thank you for applying to the University of Texas Medical Branch at
Galveston (UTMB), School of Allied Health Sciences - Master of Physician
Assistant program, through the Centralized Application Service for Physician
Assistants (CASPA). Before paying your fee, please have your
Application ID ready. It will be required to complete the Epay
process and can be found in the upper right corner of your 'Thank You'
letter. If you need assistance obtaining your Application ID or need
assistance with this form please contact The Office of Enrollment
Services at 409-772-1215.
You may pay your supplemental application fee electronically using your
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card.

To pay your Supplemental Application Fee via Epay, enter your Application ID below
and select the Submit button. Once submitted, your Application ID will be verified.

- You must have previously submitted a supplemental application in order to pay your fee.
If you have not submitted your application or have already paid your fee, please
return to the Supplemental Application introduction.
- Enter your application ID in the field on the left and click on the submit button.
Your records will be verified and you will proceed to the next step in the Epay process.
