Day 82: Did you know? Keyboard Traps

We've talked about the importance of being able to navigate a website with your keyboard.  One thing that can happen is a keyboard trap.  A keyboard trap is where you keyboard into a part of a web page or application but can't use the keyboard to get out of that location.  Imagine you've opened a pop-up window using the keyboard, but then you can't close it using the keyboard.

You've probably felt that a similar frustration, if you've been browsing a website and a pop-up window covers the screen and you have to search around to try and close it, often the close button is almost hidden or very small.;

A keyboard trap is when there isn't any option to close the window using the keyboard.
