The GAAD Foundation is a non-profit organization "whose mission is to disrupt the culture of technology and digital product development to include accessibility as a core requirement."
May 16th marks the 13th annual Global Accessibility Awareness Day
(GAAD) with many schools, agencies, and non-profits, centering digital
accessibility seminars and methodologies throughout the day. It's a day
to talk about digital accessibility best practices and how they can
help over one billion people with disabilities have equal access to
content.
